1 General Provisions

bed9 is an online entertainment and betting platform for Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bed9 and all its users. New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x (twenty times). This means the bonus amount can be withdrawn after wagering it 20 times.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be used for placing bets on bed9.
• If bonus fraud or system abuse is detected, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Taking bonuses from multiple accounts or the same IP address is prohibited.

5.3 VIP Program

bed9's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 1.1% weekly cashback), and Platinum (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). Advancement to a higher tier is determined based on the player's activity and engagement.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on bed9 are governed by the following rules:

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, bed9 will make a decision after review.
• Winnings displayed due to a game software error or incorrect display may be voided.
• All game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) — there is no interference with the outcome.

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds for cricket, football, and other sports betting may change in real time. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to bed9's rules. Accounts will be suspended if bets are placed using match-fixing or unauthorized information.

6.3 Live Casino

If a connection is lost during a live dealer game, the bet will be settled at the state it was in at the time of disconnection. Live game rules are governed by the guidelines of the relevant game provider.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bed9. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bed9 accepts no liability for the following:

• Game interruptions caused by loss of internet connection or device issues.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
• Unforeseen technical errors or server downtime.
• Account credential leaks resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

If any liability is established, it will be limited solely to the amount of the transaction in question.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

bed9 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of the Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Extended period of inactivity.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure
